From: JB

Fishing date

10/5/2009

Fishing time

4:00pm until 5:00pm

Weather conditions

Partly cloudy, low 60's

Water conditions

Water temp was about 55 degrees, water was fairly clear after the recent rain. The water level is still low but higher than it has been. Fished above the falls.

Insect activity

Saw some blue winged olives but not many.

Fish hooked

Landed a 12 inch Brown. There where two smaller browns rising in a deeper run but I could not get them to take a dry.

Fly pattern used

14 isonychia nymph in shallow fast water, no weight, no indicator, just let it run.

Comments

Went out on the previous day in Limestone and so absolutely no fish or bug activity.
